Field Trips & Activities

Fall Walks

The warm weather continues! Let's take advantage of it with two field trips at Presque Isle State Park.

TUESDAY SEPT. 23 - Gull Point at 4:30 PM.(meet at the far end of Beach 10 parking lot).

FRIDAY SEPT. 26 - Pine Tree Trail at 5 PM. (meet at the Old Foundation across from the northern end of Thompson Pond). You can attend this field trip and then head over to the TREC building for our 7 PM program about a trip to Hog Island in Maine (think puffins).

We are excited to spend some time with you outdoors, listening and looking for the abundance of birds that make their way to the area. No experience necessary. Don’t have a pair of binoculars? We have it covered! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for any updates due to weather or trail conditions. Contact fieldtrips@presqueisleaudubon.org with any questions!
