Observation end   time: 13:00:00
Total observation time: 3 hours

Official Counter:        Jerry McWilliams
Observers:        Jerry McWilliams, Roger Donn
Visitors: Bob Grubbs

Weather: Variably cloudy with light snow showers the first hour. Brisk NE wind with temps. reaching only 19 F.

Raptor Observations:
Because of the weather conditions, I wasn't expecting much to happen today. However, there was a brief movement of TVs beginning at 1020 and ending at 1220 standard time.  All birds were flying low and staying close to the lake shore.  Only five hawks, one was an immature Red-shouldered Hawk with most of the secondaries missing in one wing.  Roger Donn assisted with the count

Non-raptor Observations:
Canada Goose--110, American Crow--50+, and a Glaucous Gull circling high overhead with about 20 Herring Gulls.

Predictions:
Only slightly warmer.  I think it is safe to say we won't be needing the clickers tomorrow.
