The following birds of note were reported this past week from Presque Isle S.P. unless noted otherwise.
Iceland Gull  3; Jan. 2; Lake View Landfill
Lesser Black-backed Gull  up to 2; Jan. 1 & 2; Erie bayfront and the Lake View Landfill
Glaucous Gull  2; Jan. 2; Lake View Landfill
Snowy Owl  up to 4; through the week; east end of Presque Isle
Long-eared Owl  1; Jan. 4; pines at Presque Isle
Ruby-crowned Kinglet  1 or 2; periodially through the week (late); Pine Tree Trail

The following birds of note were reported this week from the Erie area:
Harlequin Duck  2 (one adult and one imm. male); Jan. 11; foot of east Ave.
Iceland Gull  up to 4; through the week; Lake View Landfill and foot of East Ave.
Glaucous Gull  up to 3; Jan. 8 to 11; Lake View Landfill and foot of East Ave.
Snow Owl  1 or 2; through the week; Gull Point and channel

The following birds of note were reported since Monday, Jan. 12 from Erie Co., Pa.
Iceland Gull  up to 4; all week; foot of East Ave. or Lake View Landfill
Lesser Black-backed Gull  1 or 2; all week; foot of East Ave. or Lake View Landfill
Glaucous Gull  up to 2; all week; foot of East Ave. or Lake View Landfill
Snowy Owl  3; all week, Gull Point, the channel, or Presque Isle Bay  1; Jan. 15; Greene Twp.
Common Raven  1; Jan. 16; Lake View Landfill
Common Redpoll  up to 6; Jan. 17 & 18; Erie
Snow Buntings have been reported from Gull Point at Presque Isle S.P. or at the mouth of Walnut Creek periodically this past week.

The following birds of note were reported this past week, mostly from the Lake View Landfill and surrounding areas:
Rough-legged Hawk  1 dark morph; Jan. 19 to 22; Lake View Landfill
                                   1 light morph; Jan. 23; Lake View Landfill
Thayer's Gull  2 imm.; Jan. 21 to 24; Lake View Landfill
                       1 adult; Jan. 22; Lake View Landfill
Iceland Gull  up to 5; through the week; Lake View Landfill
Lesser Black-backed Gull  up to 2 adults; through the week; Lake View Landfill
Glaucous Gull  up to 13; through the week; Lake View Landfill with one at the channel at Presque Isle on Jan. 25
Snowy Owl  2; through the week; Presque Isle Bay ice
                    1; through the week; Greene Twp. near the landfill
Common Raven  up to 2; periodically through the week; Lake View Landfill
Brown Thrasher  1; at least to Jan. 21; east Millcreek Twp.
