April 9th - The only birds of note to report from this past week were one or two adult Little Gulls seen in Misery Bay on Presque Isle S.P. and in Presque Isle Bay behind the Blasco Library in Erie April 16th - The only bird of note this week was a Short-eared Owl at Gull Point, Presque Isle S.P., Erie Co., Pa. American Bittern 2; April 29; Niagara and Horseshoe Ponds Black-crowned Night-Heron 2; April 26; Niagara Pond Sandhill Crane 2; April 25; over Rt. 5, west Erie 1; April 29; near Thompson Circle American Avocet 6; April 26; Gull Point Iceland Gull 1 first cycle; April 30; Gull Point Prairie Warbler 1; April 27; Union City Rusty Blackbird 4500+ (high count); April 29; Niagara Pond; coming in to roost Presque Isle
